No. Our cleaners arrive in plain outerwear with ordinary supplies — to a neighbour it looks like a regular cleaning visit, because that's exactly what it is. Billing appears under a neutral cleaning-service descriptor.

Never, unless you explicitly request documentation of pre-existing damage. No marketing shots, no before-and-afters, no exceptions.

Only your name, contact details, service address and appointment history. Card details are handled by Shopify — we never see or store them — and we never sell or share client lists.

Only your assigned cleaner and the scheduler. Addresses are shared the day before the visit, and nothing about your booking is discussed outside the team.

No touching, in either direction, at any point. No photography or filming. No requests beyond cleaning. The flirt lives in our branding, not the appointment — the cleaner sets additional limits and we back them fully.

The visit ends immediately, the cleaner leaves, and you are charged in full. Serious incidents end the client relationship permanently and may be reported. This is the one thing we're humourless about.

Your cleaner texts when they're a few minutes out and arrives in your booked window, fully dressed. You'll do a short walkthrough to set priorities, then the cleaner changes in a private space once doors and blinds are closed.

Yes — at least one consenting adult must be present for the whole visit, and everyone in the home must be 18+ and aware of the service. This protects you and our cleaners equally.

Change or cancel free up to 24 hours before your slot. Inside 24 hours, or if we can't safely start the visit on arrival, a 50% fee applies.
